What kind of franchise opportunities do you offer?

We offer exclusive Master Franchise rights worldwide. This gives partners full control to develop, market, and run operations across your territory. You can open your own schools and kindergartens and sub-franchise to local Unit Franchise partners.

We’re already operating in 16 countries across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Right now, we have exciting opportunities worldwide including in Morocco, Oman, Egypt, Mongolia, India, Korea and Latvia. Contact us to find out more about availability in your market.

It’s a 10-year agreement, with the option to renew.
Just get in touch! We’ll send you an investor pack and arrange a consultation call to go over the opportunity and outline the journey to becoming a Master Franchisee with us.
We welcome people from all backgrounds, but you’ll need a passion for education and solid business sense.
We offer territorial exclusivity, a world-class proven curriculum, a flexible business model, multiple revenue streams, and global brand and operational support.
Most of our partners start seeing returns within 24 – 36 months, depending on how quickly they scale. We can provide financial models to help you plan.
Yes absolutely. As a Master Franchisee, you can:

  • Open your own flagship schools and kindergartens
  • Recruit and support sub-franchisees
  • Earn revenue from franchise fees, royalties, holiday camps, and more.
We’ve got your back from day one:

  • Full onboarding and initial training (curriculum, sales, operations, marketing)
  • Ongoing business development support
  • Access to a full online franchise portal with marketing and business tools

Let’s talk! It varies by market and business model. Certainly, this is a one-office franchise opportunity, requiring only a 50% deposit of the license fee upfront. The investment includes competitive royalty fees and associated costs to establish and build the network. The structure is designed to support long-term growth while minimising initial financial commitment.

No. Just a one-time initial fee for 10 years. No hidden consultancy or marketing costs.

Our Master Franchise model is for partners ready to develop a full territory. For single-unit options, we’ll either connect you with our local partner to discuss Unit Franchise opportunities, or keep your details on file. Please contact opportunities@pingusenglish-com.stackstaging.com to find out more.

We’re looking for ambitious individuals or companies with:

  • Franchise or business development experience
  • Market knowledge
  • Team-building skills
  • A passion for education and long-term growth

Not at all. We support Master Franchisees with no English language teaching experience. What matters most is ambition, drive, communication skills, and business acumen.

Yes. We provide brand guidelines and design inspiration, as well as operational support to help you, and your architect create your Pingu’s English schools or kindergartens.

We ensure consistency through:

  • Standardised training
  • Regular audits and report
  • Brand approval processes
  • Ongoing franchise support
What is Pingu's English?

Pingu’s English is a fun, structured English learning journey for kids aged 18 months to 9 years. For parents, it builds skills for your child for school and life. For investors, it’s a scalable business in the fast-growing early childhood education market.

Pingu is loved by children (and adults!) worldwide. The award-winning show, featuring Pingu and his friends and family from the South Pole has been viewed by over 1 billion people worldwide.

His non-verbal “penguin language” appeals to all children and makes learning English more accessible and inclusive.

We offer age-appropriate, play-based programs that grow with your child:

  • TOTS (18-36 months): Fun, interactive parent-and-child classes offering a gentle introduction to the English language.
  • International Kindergarten (3-6): A full-time, three-year program covering English, maths, science, and more.
  • Early Learners English (3-9): A four-level program focused on developing essential English skills through play-based activities. If you’re not sure what course is right for your child, there’s an overview of each one here!

Our suite of programs are for children from 18 months to 9 years old

Yes. Our teachers are fluent – many native or near-native – and fully trained in our teaching methods

We combine a proven curriculum with fun, immersive learning. Children enjoy in-person and online learning with Pingu at the heart of it all.

Our programs help children build confidence, express themselves, and develop important social skills in a safe, engaging environment

We introduce children to classroom routines, basic IT and math skills, and social behaviours needed for school readiness.

Pingu’s English ensures strong learning outcomes through a play-based, immersive approach combined with a structured curriculum aligned to CEFR standards. Using the familiar character Pingu, the program engages children through storytelling, songs, games, and role-play.

Lessons are multi-sensory and cater to different learning styles, helping children absorb English naturally.

With certified teachers, regular progress assessments, and a consistent global methodology, children everywhere build confidence and real-world English communication skills in a fun, supportive environment

Yes! We have a full online platform – Pingu’s English Online – where children can keep learning at home with their parents, through videos, games, and interactive activities.

You can:

  • Practice English through everyday talk
  • Use songs, games, and fun activities
  • Encourage and praise their efforts

Pingu’s English @Home also offers lots of free resources for parents to further support their child’s learning at home.

Absolutely. We align with CEFR and draw inspiration from other Early Years Frameworks like EYFS, Reggio Emilia, and Montessori

We use continuous observation, progress tests, and formal assessments to track development and tailor support.

Children learn through videos, songs, games, and digital tools at home and in class. All families get access to Pingu’s English Online too.

We are proud to have already enrolled over 300,000 students in Pingu’s English worldwide. We operate in 16 countries across Europe, Asia and the Middle East – and that’s just the start.

English is the language of instruction, but our schools and kindergartens offer local language support for parents.

Every child gets a full set of learning resources, parent guides, and access to our digital learning platform – Pingu’s English Online.

Yes. We can localise lessons when there is market need, while maintaining global quality and brand consistency.

Can I work in one for one of your schools or kindergartens?
Yes! We’re always on the lookout for passionate English-speaking teachers and support staff. Check out our Careers page to apply.

Our teachers are native or fluent English speakers. They’re trained in our method and passionate about working with young children. Early years qualifications are a big plus!
